It does almost bring tears to the eyes to understand the compassion behind some of Maynard’s lyrics. Too bad more of us cannot have such an understanding attitude for other individuals.

Some of you may have seen this, but it is a good tool for backup, folder sync, etc. Of course, it is Windows, so not as cool as rsync. Check it anyway.

What happens if you breath toxic fumes all day long for the rest of your life? What if a meteor falls from the sky and lands on your head? Interesting little facts, but they seem to be rather blown out of proportion. How many grams of sugar in a Coke, like 25? The fact that those changes to your body are even measurable is surprising. I wish Coke really was as good as heroin, I would be a chronic Coke’er. I would be willing to bet those health freaks that I will out live them, to bad they can’t pay up after they die.

Here is a good read on caffeine. I really like the part about moderation. A little moderation is something we could all use, whether it be food, drink, alcohol, sex, computer gaming, whatever your poison. Basically, sugar, caffeine, yeah, they are all supposed to be bad for us, but is there really anything that we can eat all day long that isn’t? Well, tofu maybe.
