I will start with the best one…I finally found a window resizing utility that matches the awesomeness of KDE and Gnome. Be sure to read the notes on how the author uses the program then get it here
Next up is a great addition that allows you to mouse-wheel without clicking on an active window – link
And a tasbkar button tabulator – link
(These all work in 64-bit Windows, too)
So Google released its’ new browser entitled “Chrome” today. In the brief time I have spent using it I am amazed at the simplicity and speed. It imported all of my Firefox bookmarks, history and saved passwords perfectly. Wow…
Firefox 3.0 has been out for almost a month now and I only recently took the time to upgrade from version 2. I am posting this to convince all of you to try it, even if you have your mind set on IE or Slimbrowser. The speed is MUCH improved over the old version. Not to add many other imporvements.
Try it out when you get a chance and spend some time to try out the Add-ons.You can thank me with a six pack of your favorite summer ale…

I have been complaining for years that Windows XP and Vista still do not have an option to re-arrange apps on the taskbar. Well, I can quit my bitching because some resourceful dude at the “Nerd Cave” has made a free app that does! Yay!
Thanks to dittonamed for the link this morning. I found some cool apps I had not used before. Notably Paint.NET, Free VMWare server and visionapp remote desktop…
If you have ever used Linux or if you just like your life to be easier, you may have been looking for these features in Windows…
Some of you may have seen this, but it is a good tool for backup, folder sync, etc. Of course, it is Windows, so not as cool as rsync. Check it anyway.
